NICU shadow day and job offer

Just wanted to share the good news. I am shadowing in a NICU soon at the children's hospital I am already working at as a peds RN. I am so excited and nervous. The NICU manager already said she would offer me the job I just needed to run it by my manager, which I did and she supports my decision, woot! This is my dream and now I am nervous? ahh. I hope everyone is as nice and helpful as the nurses on my current unit.
