    Hey everyone! I have a question. I started as a new grad RN in a level III NICU. I have been working for 4 weeks now. I really enjoy it but I'm extremely overwhelmed and feel like I don't know nearly as much as I should. Is this totally normal and did any of you feel that way? Maybe I'm being too hard on myself, I don't know. I just dread going to work right now because I'm so nervous! But I'm learning a lot and enjoy it at the same time. Lol does that make sense? I am just wondering if others feel/felt like that. Thanks!!!
