I just finished my training into the NICU as a new grad.. However i was trained using the university of indiana online training and it was not very interactive and i felt like i was always having to refrence the core ciriculum book i have.. I was just wondering if any of you know about or have studied using any other program? Or even great books ect!! Look forward to hearing back!!!Thank you!!

That being said, I recommend Merenstein and Gardner's Handbook of Neonatal Intensive Care as a resource to compliment your training in the NICU.
Best of luck to you!

I bought a few books as a keener going into NICU as a new grad but honestly, I never even used them. I found the best way is to ask your fellow nurses and look up the policies when you need. Best of luck!
