Family centered care/ Parental Involvement in NICU

Hi everyone

I am looking to give a presentation on family centered care in NICU in the coming month.

I have done a lot of R & D and got some really good and innovative ideas on how to implement a few changes within our NICU . We don't have 24 x 7 rooming in facilities but try to encourage parental participation as much as possible.

Can u guys suggest some links where I can get more updated information on Involvement of families in the NICU or maybe you can share your experiences in your respective work settings.
