Way to go ! I got my certification yesterday too. (I took the High Risk Neonatal RNC, which some say is a little bit more difficult, but it's so much easier to maintain...) I understand how you feel EXACTLY. So glad it's over... but LOVING knowing that i'm certified.

Some say CCRN stands for Critical Care Registered Nurse - but if you go to the website for the certification, they "insist" it doesn't stand for anything, but is simply a designation assigned when you pass their exam... I like thinking it stands for Critical Care Registered Nurse, regardless of what they say.

As far as studying - check out ccprnet.org... they offer good materials. The review book that goes along with the core curriculum review is excellent... some of the test questions came right out of the book. Also - the two certification websites are http://www.certcorp.org/certcorp/cer.../certcorp/ccrn for the CCRN and nccnet.org for the RNC.

    Congratulations!! Enjoy this moment-it's great!

FYI, I took the ccrpnet practice online exam; and the questions helped, although scoring is hard to tell if you want to know if you "passed".
