I am graduating from nursing school in March 2010 and I'm trying to find new grad programs in the NICU. There is no longer one here in Las Vegas due to the economy. Does anyone know of some programs that I can research?

I applied in December, interviewed and was offered the position in January. I just graduated in May. They have a 6 month orientation/classroom/preceptor ship program, then you commit to working at least 1 year after those 6 months. I start the end of August and can't wait!

I went there as a new grad and had a phenomenal new grad experience. They have a very structured program and continued support throughout the first year utilizing the AACN/UHC Residency program for new grad nurses.
