How do I become a NNP?

I have literally scoured the internet and I can't find a straight, consistent answer anywhere. I know I need a MSN and specific training, but I would rather take the safe route and ask someone who has been down that road already. Any NNPs willing to give me some advice on what I need to know/do to get into this branch of nursing?

Thank you!
