Electronic registers - PICIS

by sofiam

HI!
Here in my unit we use a informatic program to do our nursing registers, including plan of nursing cares for each baby with the languagem of the ICNP classification.

Now our docīs, witch still use the papers, want to start using the PICIS (from Siemens) to do registers and are asking to the nurses about that possibility.

We dont know much of the program so im asking if someone knows it and whats your opinion about it, including the opinion about the visibility of the independent nursing activity?

Thank you all
Sofia
