Evidently the fun on my unit is continuing. I just got a call from one of the managers to see if I could come in to work tonight at 11pm. Evidently in the last 18 or so hours, they've gotten 35 wk twins, 27wk triplets, a kid with skeletal anomolies / hypoplastic lungs... and a giant omphalocele. Yikes...

BIZZZZ AYYYYY! Mostly late preterm 30 ish weekers. Acuity is still low. Haven't had a 24 weeker in months. 25 weekers are rare, too.
We get the smattering of twins, again 30 ish weeks.Can't remember the last time I saw triplets. A year? Seems like the OBs are doing a heck of a job!

We are extremely slow and don't know why......getting mandated all the time!! Thanks for your responses, we need some babies! It hasn't been this dry for YEARS!! So its nice to know its not the economy or anything of that nature around other parts of the country!!

We are doubling up bed spots - SO full! Several really sick ones with my new little friend being one of them.
