Anyone interview for NNP programs?

Hi everyone! Getting ready to interview for three different NNP programs. Does anyone have any valuable advice? I have heard that they are typically more geared toward academic and professional goals, but I am more use to behavioral questions you are asked in job interviews. Any input it greatly appreciated!
