by brian Staff

Please discuss the following announcement in this thread:
Please help us give a warm welcome to our latest staff members at allnurses.com.

Tweety - is now an Administrator (formerly Assistant Admin)

brief bio
Quote:
"I have been a med-surg nurse for 16 years, currently working as the day shift charge nurse in a busy med-surg trauma unit. I have certification in Medical Surgical Nursing from the ANCC and have recently completed an online ADN to BSN program."
and

Silverdragon102- is a new moderator in the United Kingdom (UK) Nurses Forum

brief bio:
Quote:
Started my training in 1986 as an Enrolled nurse in the UK think it is something similar to LPN in the US. Once qualified in 1988 I worked on medical wards until I did a further course in 1997-8 taking me to RN. In 1999 worked on medical admission units for 3-4 years before deciding to work in a GP surgery due to meeting husband. I am currently taking career break whilst waiting for US visa due to change in husband's job and moving 270 miles
and congrats to both of you! I'm sure you both will do an outstanding job!

Thanks again to all staff members!
