    Hey everyone, I didn't see a thread for the applicant pool for SCCC Fall 2013. I applied to the night program as my first choice and the day program as my second choice, at the Selden campus. I was wondering what program everyone else was applying to, and if anyone applied to any other schools. I also applied to Stony Brook's 2 year program for Fall 2013 entrance. Good luck to everybody. I can't wait until April/May to get those decision letters.

    I applied for the fall 2013 program. I currently go to the Brentwood campus. I picked Selden as my second choice.

    I applied for fall 2013 day program at ammerman. Pretty confident though with a 4.0 on the pre reqs. Everyone leave ur pre req grades so we can all see who we are competing with lol. Good luck to all!

    hi guys! i applied to the evening program at ammerman campus. after reading some of these past threads I have seen people with 4.0's get waitlisted which makes me nervous. any thoughts? Good luck to us all

    That's may be the case for evening programs but last year the cut off for ammerman day was a 3.6(I asked a member of the nursing board ). This is because day program accepts 120 students. The evening programs are much less.

    Ok that makes sense thank you. My only option is the night program since I have to work full time during the day so I hope my 4.0 is good enough :/ best wishes

    yea, you're def going to be accepted.
    My grades were
    AP1 - A
    AP2 - A
    Eng - B+
    Psych - A
    Micro- C lol

    and to the person who said they have to work full time while going to school, good luck. It's possible, but it will be tough. After the final exam, there were a couple of students who were crying because they know theyre getting kicked out of the program.

    The Micro grade doesn't matter, only AP1, AP2, Eng and Psych. They just like to see that you've either taken Micro or you're enrolled in it during that interim semester while you're waiting for an answer.
