    Just applied for Fall '13. My HESI is scheduled for 4/5. Does anyone know if you get your grade right away, or how long it takes to find out what you got on the HESI? Thanks

    To me the most difficult part of the exam was the math. You need to know ratio and proportion and fractions. As for everything else, study the hesi book they give.

    Just took my Hesi yesterday, I got a 92 (yay?) The math was mostly fractions, ratios and percent and decimal conversions, it would also help to remember that table with oz. quarts gallons and grams/kilograms. The reading comprehension was pretty basic, but I didn't feel like I was completely prepared for the vocabulary ( that was also my lowest score @84) If I could do it again I would go back over the vocab in the book and go over the vocab in the anatomy and physiology and biology chapters also (which they told me we didnt have to study). Also, there was a "critical thinking" section that really threw me through a loop as there was nothing I saw in the book to study for that, but I don't think that section is graded bc it wasn't in my report so don't stress over it too much after like I did!! They also said that you will get an email with the results by 6pm that day but my results weren't posted until about noon today (also major stress for me!) Good Luck!!

    Tbs0412 thanks for the update. I'm so nervous! My test is this Thursday and I haven't been able to sleep well from the stress of passing. I'm glad you got such a high score, you're a shoe in! I hope I do we'll too

    I have a feeling the math will be difficult for me as well, I've been studying from the book too. Thank you for the advice!

    hey everyone i got an 84 on my hesi exam,im not sure if thats a good grade.. im nervous to find out if i got in or not..does anyone have any insights??
