What shift works best?

  1. If your DH is FDNY and you have children in elementary school?

Just "trying" to plan ahead:chuckle :chuckle

    Thank you

It depends... Does your husband work 12's, 24's, have to go out in the middle of the night, etc?? If he doesn't, nights would probably work, since you could get your kids out to school and sleep. Otherwise, a weekend-only track might be best. Maybe with some more details we could offer more advice....

Thanks Steve, he usually works 24's but it could be a combo of 9am to 6pm the following day, or 6pm until 6pm the next day or even 9am to 9am, all depends on when his groups are in. Usually has 2 days off in between I hope I mam making sense

You might try to find a facility that does self scheduling.... that would allow you to work when your husband's home...
