    Any thoughts on new grad positions in Buffalo? I am a new ADN grad in Las Vegas, my husband just got a job there. I am hoping that we wont have to live apart for a year, I am sure I can get a new grad spot here in vegas, then move there with my 1yr under my belt. If that is the case, I guess we will get alot of freq flyer miles with him coming back to see me and our 2yr old.

    he is not going until march, so we do have some time to get ready for this.

    The 3 main systems in Buffalo are Kaleida Health ( www.kaleidahealth.org), The VA hospital ( WWW.buffalo.va.gov) and the Catholic Health System ( www.chsbuffalo.org) I would look on line and see what is avalable. There are new grad jobs out there, you just have to find one. Good luck
