pediatric nursing - new grad q

hi,
i'm a private duty homecare pediatrics RN atm and would like to apply my experience to the hospital. I'm a relatively new grad w. bsn, started working 4 mos ago with several families, and was wondering which hospitals would be more receptive of hiring someone w.this background. Would I have a better shot at large children hospitals like children's hospital at montefiore, morgan stanley, rusk institute even general peds units in non specialized hospitals?

im tired of sending my resume off to internet space never to be heard from again..lol..and would appreciate any advice/insight. Thanks!!
