    Hi Everyone!

    I work for a small office based surgery center. I have alot of autonomy as a nurse, but unfortunately, I do not get alot of experience working with other nurses. I would love to do some part time work or even volunteer work in and around NYC for more experience, and more networking opportunities. Does anyone have any ideas of clubs, organizations, volunteer opportunities that I should be aware of? How many of you are involved in outside nursing organizations, do you enjoy them? I just need a little help getting started...I would like to work with children/infants/ mother baby. Any ideas? Thanks!
