Nyc lpn's...i need your help

I had my license for 3 months now, and I have been on two interviews. One at a non profit, and another at St. Barnabas with no luck. I have applied to over 60 jobs, I have called places, emailed, and dropped resumes off nothing is working. I don't have experience, and every job requires it...If no one is hiring new grads where will the experience come from? My question is where and how did you land your first job in the NYC area. I need to work immediately, anywhere, any shift. I appreciate all your help...
