    Hi,
    I'm going to apply NY RN license by endorsement.
    I have questions about NY application form.

    For education history, do I have to put exact date? month/day/year?
    I remember month & year but I don't remember exact day of all schools especially, elementary school.

    Also, which website is good for the child abuse program?
