Need some guidance and advice

hi... needing some informtion and advice. community college attending. first two semesters for RN and LPN are the same. I failed the RN third semester and plan to repeat it next year. in the meantime, i want to take the next two semesters that will finish my LPN so I can pass, take boards and get LPN then continue on for RN.

Does anyone know the fundamentals differences between the last two semesters of LPN vs RN? RN I know focus on IV sites, blood, diagnosing. Anything else? I really want to be successful and could use some guidance. Thanks so much!!!! Blessed Christmas to all.

Also.... has anyone (instructors, students) noticed just how much cheating goes on in school? I am stunned. I am an older student and in my day, cheat = out forever. Seems now cheat = excuses and chances. I don't get it???:angryfire
