Marie - Thanks so much for the info! So I did call local places in my area for Livescan and the way it works is that you go in and do it electronically but the results are only sent to the state they are done in. They are not able to send it to other states..trust me, I called at least 5 places and they said the same that they can send it to places locally the livescan. So L1 Enrollment takes the hard copy and sends it to Florida and thats for out of state people. I even called a place in Ohio that said, send the hard copy, they transfer it to livescan and then send it to florida and that process was like over $200...so yeah you have to do livescan in the state itself to send the results in that state, not out of state. I, myself, find the process to be weird but thats how they are done unfortunately

Jean Marie - This is the link you need for the L1 Enrollment
    http://www.l1enrollment.com/state/fo...Procedures.pdf (instructions)

https://fl.ibtfingerprint.com/ (for appointment and in here you are going to click on All others and use this for the number to assign for the results If you have your Livescan done on or after January 1, 2013, use the new
    ORI: EDOH4420Z)

http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/bac...nt-form-fd-258 (here are the print cards you can print and take it to your local police department for finger printing manually) or email them at this address to recommend hard copies of the finger prints: mqa_nursing_appstatus@doh.state.fl.us

Instructions for out of state people
Q: Is there a different process for out of state applicants? What about applicants from out of the country?
A: Out of state and out of the country applicants are still required to submit their fingerprints electronically. There are national Livescan service providers, such as L1 Identity Solutions, Fieldprint, National Fingerprint, Inc., and Ideal Identification, Inc. which can assist out-of-state applicants. You can obtain a hard fingerprint card from the FBIs website at http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/bac...nt-form-fd-258 or by contacting your board office. Starting January 1, 2013, the Florida Department of Health retains fingerprints on any applicant who is required to undergo a criminal history screening in the Care Provider Clearinghouse. This Clearinghouse allows for the sharing of criminal history information among specified agencies. One of the requirements for the Clearinghouse is a photograph taken at time of fingerprinting, therefore, if your fingerprints are submitted without a photograph, you may have to undergo additional fingerprinting in the future when applying at a different agency.

Let me know if you have any questions! hope this helps...

Hi, guys. I used Fieldprint (Fieldprint Fingerprinting, Serving Florida - Home). They have livescan equipment all over the country that services FL.

    Not in Florida?

If you are not in the state of Florida, you may still access one of Fieldprint's many Livescan sites. With locations in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, simply click “Schedule an Appointment” to find a location near you!
I didn't need hard cards. Everything was electronic, in addition the picture. I'm just waiting for everything to get processed now. I submitted my application towards the end of March.

I cannot get the Fieldprint website to accept the endorsement code (EDOH4420Z) when I try to schedule an appointment... Has this happened to anyone else?
