Look Who Is Moving Into Former St. Vinny's Nurse's Residence

Rudin family has completed the first of several former Saint Vincent's hospital buildings conversion into luxury housing.

IIRC, 130 West 12th Street was the nurse's residence and also used for offices. The converted luxury building is fully sold out of units. This *sadly* bodes well for the remainder of the campus which is being gutted, converted and otherwise undergoing renovation.

One is down that way at least once a month and it just breaks one's heart to see that once glorious insitution being reduced to what has become the new normal for Manhattan.
