    Dear NY nurses,

    I have a Bachelors degree in Nursing from India, got my NYS license in December 2011
    no job yet, looking out for a hospital placement, how hard could it be?

    I have experience from working in hospital in India, would that be considered out here?

    being a foreign educated nurse, are there chances of getting into a residency program?

    pls help, with your suggestions and comments
