Gpa is dropping

U.S.A. New York

I am going to laguardia cc, i am at my last semester for lpn, and I notice that my gpa is falling and I don't know what to do.

I got c+, and b-:o.. I am worried cause, i want to apply for rn bridge program but I am not good enough.....

I was thinking to go to different school and decide to google other cuny school that has bridge course, it look like only laguardia and medgar has the program. I know that medgar is also tough to get in.

Is private school my only salvation? :arghh:

I thought about moving to nj or upstate ny, but I don't have car, and I believe transportation is bad there.

I guess I don't know what to do after I graduate... I know I will be working, but I don't have any plan besides that....

I graduated from LAGCC LPN with roughly a B average and made the RN - LPN bridge program and graduated last year. I suggest still trying to apply to the bridge program because other classmates with lower averages got in. It cant hurt to try. Study hard for med surg, because your classes in the bridge program resemble LPN med surg x2 difficulty. Good luck!

thanks for the information. I was wondering, is there any nursing question books that you can recommend me to buy? I heard doing lot of question helps but I am not sure which books are good for which class. I am not loaded with money so I don't want to do trial and error to see if it helps or not.

still thanks, it kind a make me feel better. :geek:
