Hunter is required to accept A&P credit from any CUNY. CUNY policy. But one course of Anatomy + a separate course of Physiology, will not be accepted by most (maybe all) nursing programs
in lieu of 2 A&P courses.
Looks like you already got a good plan going. How many credits do you need to graduate with any bachelors degree? I feel I should've went your route. For me, I have around 90 credits from Baruch, before deciding on switching to Nursing. But chose the ADN route. Only 3 of the classes counts towards my AAS degree. So I just spent a year finishing my prereqs and will start my clinicals in January. 2.5 more years for AAS, than probably another 2-3 for my BSN.
Had I stayed in Baruch, I probably could graduate or graduated by now, and applied for an accelerated program.
Good planning on your part.
