1199 RN Interview

Hello all,

I have an interview next week with 1199 for an RN position. Can anyone tell me what to expect from the interview and pharmacology exam? Also, how exactly does the process go? If I pass the exam, am I placed on a waiting list until a position pops up or am I actually interviewing for a specific position?
