Your job search might be easier once you have your RN license. Since there are so many new grads or even experienced nurses looking for jobs, hospitals are less likely to hire someone without a license as a graduate nurse. At least with your license you can level the playing field somewhat.

Well, based on this thread, I had no idea you were already a New York RN. My reply was based on the fact you said you did not yet have your NJ license. Good luck with the job hunt.
