Relocating to LI from Boston-Mather Hosp and St Francis?

Hi - I am an RN with 15 months acute care exp. on a medical tele floor in a very "dynamic" community hospital just outside Boston. I usually have a 5-6 pt assignment including admissions, everything is electronic (eMAR and all documenting), the patients are all tele with varying levels of care from r/o, r/i MI, CHF, arrhythmias, renal, neuro. It isn't called a "step down unit" but it is the floor where the sickest patients go when they aren't quite sick enough for the ICU (which only has 10 beds). I am looking for a similar hospital on long island and have been very interested in St. Francis and Mather in Port Jeff. Does anyone have experience there or know about the pay scale? I currently make $29/hr, $4.00 night diff. and would have to make at least that much, hopefully more. Thanks!!
