I went on-line to do some more research. I know a lot of hospitals in Northern NJ closed in the last few years. I live there but I could also commute to some locations in NYC. According to my research on-line. NYC and PA are whee most of the jobs are out where the positions are. Is this true? Also what would be realistic for a BSN starting salary and what would it be for per diem?

Thanks
