I live in the Bronx so I am going on what I know about this borough.

Kings harbor LTC $22.51/hr. plus 10% for evening and night shifts.

Some areas of Monte $23/hr (before evening/night differential)

Hebrew Home for the Aged $27/hr (before evening differential) $33/hr per diem.

My mum is an LPN at a LTC $24/hr + differential for night shift. She also told me so got an agency offer for $29/hr.

I have heard that St. Patrick's is $25/hr but I don't know anyone personally who works there so that is hearsay to me.

One Caveat if you are thinking about signing a contract with HHC....the pay stinks. Currently HHC's starting salary for LPN's is $37k annually about $20.50for a 35 hour work week.
I appreciate the info., thank you! I rec'd my letter in the mail
today.

Well, from what I know NYP rarely hires LPN's.

As far as what other facilities pay, I was quoted by an 1199 rep anywhere from 18-25 dollars per hour that are unionized.

I heard many people say that even you pass the c-net that doesn't mean you will be accepted to the school. the mid manhattan/brooklyn adult lpn school are reserved only for poeple in financial need (wellfare).Anyway, i already take care all the documents the lpn board education. So, now i am waiting for the entrance test date.
Also, later on i will prepare myself for the Veeb entrance exam.
I plan to register for these two schools because i want to get lucky for one of them.
