LTC nurse looking for job in Upstate NY

by LTCgrl

I am an LPN currently working as a Unit Manager for a 30 bed unit in a rehab facility, doing aprox 100 turnover each month. I am relocating to the Rochester, Livingston County area this summer and want to stay in the LTC setting. Does anyone have any suggestions? Also what is the pay rate for LPN's in LTC? I have had my license for 5+ years, with the last 2 years in management and am currently working on my pre-reqs for my RN. Thanks!!:rcgtku:
