HELP!!! Syracuse University Hospital NURSES!!!

Hello everyone, I'm wondering how much a degree nurse makes with 3 years of experience at this hospital? I am a canadian nurse considering moving to syracuse and was looking into this hospital? Also if you work there, what is it like? I've heard a lot of good reviews about St. Joseph's hospital and their benefits and was wondering what University Hospital was like.
