ex?????????required experience for crna program


hello out there....was wondering if anyone could help me.... i am an aas rn, 6 years experience in high risk ob nyc, returning for my bsn next semester,...to eventually obtain my masters and crna. i have an opportunity to work in a level 1 trauma center... do you think this is adequate critical care experience, or should i consider icu only????????????????

Seems like crna programs all want a solid year of ICU at the very least. Your best bet is to check out the anesthesia board. Read the sticky, do a search, theres a ton of information over there. Good luck.
