BEST Tuition Benefits in NYC

I have been accepted to graduate school in NYC and I NOW I need to figure out how to pay for it. : ) Who has the BEST tuition benefits (i.e. most $$$, available on date of hire, and with least amount of payback)? THANKS!

NY Presbyterian/Columbia offers 12k a year. You have to have worked here for 1 year before claiming reimbursement, and you are required to stay employed for the six months following each payment.

I think most hospitals in the city will pay for tuition after 6 months to 1 year of employment. If you don't mind me asking, which graduate school will you be going?

I've been accepted to Hunter, but I'm not sure that I am going.
