    Hi All,

    I have a job offer on a Med/Surg. floor at UNM and was wondering if any current, or previous employees can give me a little insight as to what it is like working at UNM? From what I have read on the website, it seems like they really encourage their nurses to obtain further education and are supportive of their desires to get certifications/ participate in research, etc. I am a new graduate, so don't really have anything to compare the hospital to. Any advice, tips, etc would be most appreciated!

    I have heard great things about UNMH, it is where I really want to work! Where did you graduate from? Congrats on getting the job! I am terrified that I won't get anything after I graduate, and relocating is not an option for us.
