Lovelace Respiratory Research Institute: What's it like?

I have been asked to fly in for an in-person interview with this company in the very near future. I currently live in the Midwest and would obviously move to the area if offered a job. I have a few questions:

Does anyone have any experience as a nurse within this company (the clinical trials department, primarily)?

Do you or a loved one have any experience with being a patient here?

What makes the Albuquerque area better than the Northern Midwest (economy-wise primarily as weather is the obvious one)?

What are some good areas around the city that are good for families with horses?

If you moved to the area from the Midwest, are you glad you did, or do you miss certain things?

What other research opportunities exist in the area?
