Jobs/living in Santa Fe?

I presently live in Arizona and am hoping to move to Santa Fe next year. I recently retired after 34 years in nsg,mainly SICU. I work 1-2 nights a month to keep up my skills. Trying to get as much info as I can on line about Santa Fe-one hospital and 1 HMO? Any suggestions re jobs, since I don't plan to work too often? Looks like St. Vincent's has per diem but haven't read anything about the hospital on these boards.
Areas of town not to live in? (I plan to rent). Thanks for any help.
