    Can't believe I'm getting ready to do this again, but...I need info on Ft. Bayard and the area. Also need Info on Truth Or Consequences, NM.

    Info needed...what is the area like, winter like, what areas to stay away, or which area is better to go to. Bayard, or T&C? Thank you for any replies!

    I don't know about Ft Bayard but T or C is mostly dry, few mts but there is a pretty nice lake there (Elephant Butte lake).
    Pretty small town, Warm in the spring through fall. Probably in the 50's in the winter, Hot in July August and Sept.

    T or C is a pretty small town, busier in the summer because of campers at the lake.

    Thanks for the response you guys! I'm concerning either of these as an assignment. I also have an offer for Ft. Defiance, but leaning toward one more than the other, d/t the agency who has the assignment.
