    I am also in the process of applying to this program! One of the tricky things I just noticed was that we need to submit proof of our BLS certification directly to the school. Luckily a hospital near me offers courses for it three times a week ($75 each! so pricey), so I quickly signed up for one next week. I finished all of my NursingCAS stuff and my transcripts have been verified by them already-- so I should be submitting my application soon!

    Did NursingCas send you a message when your transcripts were verified or did you just check your NursingCas application?

    Good luck to all you who get accepted...I graduated in 2012. I heard all my professors have been replaced so I can't give you any advice. Just wishing you all luck.

    Yeah it IS a lot of money. At first I thought, wow okay $30 for my second designation on NursingCAS isn't too bad-- and then I realized I had to pay $75 for that BLS class! So much for the money I got back from selling my textbooks, haha.

    NursingCAS didn't send me any updates. I just checked that they received my transcripts, and when my GPA was calculated I figured that they were verified. They were surprisingly fast with me! The day after I updated my Coursework with my Fall grades-- since they had already gotten my transcript in the mail--my GPA was updated. I don't know how else I would know everything went through.

    I have no idea. I was just shocked when I found out that majority of them have been replaced. When my friend told me we figured it was due to the changes to UMDNJ being bought by Rutgers.

    hi everyone! i just sent in my application for stratford summer start..super excited its my first choice so hoping i get in! nursingcas was annoying but not too bad. does anyone know how we send in our bls certification? like we can just copy it and directly mail it? do we have to put our nursingcas id on it? if anyone who has sent theirs in can tell me what they did i would really appreciate it!

    Hi Everyone. I applied to the Stratford program. My transcripts were verified last week. Yesterday I received an email from Enrollment Services asking me to either email or fax a copy of my BLS certification. I’m hoping to hear some great news soon!!! Good luck everyone!

    How did you know your transcripts were verified? Did you get an email from UMDNJ or NursingCAS? My transcripts were finally received by NursingCAS but my gpa hasn't been calculated yet =/

    On CAS' site, the Quick Status will let you know when your references, transcripts, etc are received. Your transcripts are verified when CAS uploads your GPA calculations. It's my understanding that when all the areas under Quick Status are complete that CAS then forwards your application to UMDNJ. There is no email notification sent - you need to check CAS. I submitted my application on 1/1/13; it was verified by 1/9/13 (gpa calculations were up); on 1/18/13 UMDNJ Enrollment requested I forward my BLS certification. Now I wait. How long ago did you submit all your required documents?

    I submitted my app 12/26 and I requested a copy of my both of my transcript to be sent a week before Christmas but CAS didn't recieved them until the 1/4 and 1/14. I'm not sure why it took so long--holidays I guess. I hope everything is verified before the 3rd !!

    Hopefully we'll be classmates, I applied to Stratford too =)
