    No not yet. I called yesterday again, and she said the same thing. But i'm only calling the number that you call to get a application. I also called to see if my money order was cashed, and it hasn't yet. So i don't know.

    I doubt it. I think it's to late for me, and i just don't have the money to send another money order. Before the 15th.
