Where did you get your RN liability insurance? How much per year? Recommendations?

I am a GN. I think I need to buy my own insurance once I start to work as a RN. Please share your experience. Where did you buy it ? How much it covers? How much it costs you? Thanks!

I got mine from Nurses Service Organization:
I bought it as a student and continued it once I was an RN. I can't remember the exact cost per year. It is cheap, though (less than $100 if I recall correctly).

Go to nso. Get the max coverage, about $117/yr. In the event of a legal issue you will be on your own. Your employer will not be on your side. The insurance is very cheap for the support it provides. CYA.
