Have you tried any of the home care agencies (shift work not intermittent visit)? Sure it's not guaranteed full time hours or great benefits (or the highest of pay scale as most patients are on some form of medicaid) but some of the private duty agencies are willing to hire inexperienced new grads. Most long term care facilities want RN or experienced LPN.
