    Hey Jenne,
    Although I may not be much of help in your situation, could you share what the interview process was like?
    I have an interview next week at St. Barnabas. I'm very very excited but kinda nervous at the same time since this is first job interview I was offered in a very long time. What unit will you be working at??

    Butting in....if you don't mind.

    Are you guys experienced RNs with previous hospital exp?

    I have close to 2 years of LTC / Sub-Acute Rehab under my belt and plan to start applying to hospitals again soon. Just curious if anyone knows how St Barn will feel about this type of exp or if they strictly want RNs with hosp exp.
