    just got hired at bayshore. new graduate $26.00 base pay. extra $1.50 for BSN. $5.00 night differential. not sure if there's a weekend differential. extra $0.50 for masters. extra $2.00 for national certification for your specialty. extra $1.00 each time you climb the nursing ladder.

    Wow that's good to know. I am an LPN and I make $25/h in home health pediatric. I am in school for RN BSN and was curious about how much more I'd make working in a hospital.
