Moving to Essex County NJ - Need info

Gonna be moving from the blistering hot hell hole of California back to my native homeland of West Essex New Jersey in a few months. Alot has changed though. When I was last living in NJ, gas cost $2.00 a gallon, The world trade center was still standing and Clinton was in office.
So how is New Jersey in terms of hospital nursing? I have my eyes set on Saint Barnabas, Mountainside or Saint Michaels.
Does anyone know about staffing in these facilities? Do you have CNA staff? Whats the usual patient load for team members?
