LPNs in NJ

  1. 0 I am moving to NYC, I'm an LPN in Louisiana and have been for 5 years working in acute care med/surg. LPN's are an intergral part of the healthcare team and every hospital in Louisiana has many LPNs some hospitals have more than RNs. I have noticed that in New York hospitals don't hire nurses barley RNs only ones that have BSNs. How is New Jersey? The only job that maybe interesting is dialysis looks like LPNs in NJ can admin dialysis? any thoughts? I really want to work in acute care thats really all I know. I have never worked in a Nursing Home before and would not know how to function. Thanks in advance!!
