Well when you are a "NURSING STUDENT" the relaxation part is not so easy.
Too much information,clinicals,projects ,care plans
,research papers and hours and hours of reading.Not to forget the counting points and sweating at every quiz to keep up the grades.
In midst of all this stress,how one can RELAX?
My favorite way to get even with stress is yoga ,meditation ,a leisurely walk and listening to my favorite music.
Occasionally I indulge into a movie.Takes my mind of everything at least for 2 hours.I do not think of anything related to exam.After my RELAXATION,my brain is again ready to be grilled.
