    Which hospitals in NJ are now hiring ONLY BSN??? How does that bode for nurses going to ADN programs???
    If BSN is so important why are the the state license exams the same????

    Most hospitals in NJ have the language "BSN Preferred", but in reality that means required. Being a BSN doesn't help, its all about the bloody experience.
