    I'm a new grad ( January 2011) and I couldn't even imagine jumping ship, and i'm no where near finding a nursing job. All the blood, sweat, and tears ( alot of tears, lol) I put into this , some body out there is going to pay me to be a nurse . i just have to find that somebody

    Are you discouraged because of the job market?
