Do you like Oncology?

Hello to all,
I will start on an Oncology floor as a GN. Since I have never had my clinical rotation on an Oncology floor, there's lot of unknown to me. If you've ever worked on such a floor, please share your experience with me. What are the pros and cons? What's the biggest challenge? Is it stressful? Is it a good place to hone your med-surg skills? How easily can you transfer from oncoloy to ICU (that's where I want to go eventually)? Thank you very much!
